San Diego State University

For many years, my services have been listed on the thesis/dissertation formatter list at San Diego State University as well as at other local universities. While SDSU no longer maintains a list of formatters, I cherish the relationships I have built with faculty and alumni and am pleased to offer special pricing to students of my hometown university, San Diego State. Go Aztecs!

For your convenience, I have included a breakdown of my fees for thesis and dissertation formatting. If you have questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.


What is included?

All rates include:

  • One hour of conference time;
  • English spelling corrections;
  • Light copy editing (errors detected during the process of formatting); and
  • Laser printing on 24-pound acid-free paper, if desired (must be picked up at my home office).

Thesis and Dissertation Formatting

The basic rate for SDSU students is $3.00 per page. Changes requested by you or revisions needed after your dissertation/thesis defense are charged at an hourly rate of $30.00.


Rework

Should rework be necessary, my mistakes will be cheerfully and promptly corrected free of charge. Your revisions will be made at the hourly rate.


Payment

Payment in full is due upon completion of work. Completed work will not be released until payment in full is received. If a copy (print or electronic) is requested prior to completion, the amount owed up to that point must be paid before a copy is furnished.

My preferred method of payment for out-of-town clients is PayPal. Local clients are welcome to pay by cash or check.
