Standard PoliciesBy the time you come to me for formatting, you will have already completed the hard part yourself—you will have written your thesis or dissertation! You've gotten it this far. It's up to me to take it to the finish line—and while I'm formatting your masterpiece, you should be able to sit back, take a deep breath, and relax. It is important to me that this part of the experience be as worry- and hassle-free as possible. Therefore, I have a few simple policies to keep in mind: 1. My turnaround time is 5-10 business days, depending upon the length of your document. This means that I need to receive your manuscript a minimum of two weeks in advance of your deadline in order to provide you with the highest quality of work. In some cases, I may be able to accommodate a rush job; please contact me. 2. I am well-versed in a number of established style guides, including APA, MLA, and Turabian. If your institution has additional or unique guidelines, then I will need you to provide them to me before I begin formatting your document. 3. Because I meticulously check each and every reference, your bibliography must be complete. Any late additions or changes will be charged at the hourly rate. 4. I pride myself on my keen eye for detail. That said, I am only human and do occasionally make mistakes. You are strongly encouraged to review your final document before submitting it to your university or for publication. I will correct my errors cheerfully and free of charge; your revisions will be made at the hourly rate. 5. Finally, as a reminder, payment in full is due upon completion of work. Work will not be released until payment in full is received. My preferred payment method for out-of-town clients is PayPal, but I will be happy to discuss alternate arrangements with you prior to accepting your project. Local clients are welcome to pay by cash or check. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. |
